Street Photography | Week 15

Street photography is tough, lol. 😛 I’m pulling from the archives this week. These are from my trip to Washington a few years ago with my friend Chris. I brought my Mamiya 645AF and about 40 rolls of film. Let me tell you, hiking up mountains wearing a 10 lbs bag was not fun, but I got some great images. We took a day trip to Seattle, which I would move to in a heartbeat fyi.
These images are all from the Pike Place Market, a fantastic place to people watch! There was so much going on and so much to do. There was a guy outside the market selling beautiful watercolor paintings, as well as other artists. I remember seeing so many pamphlets, posters and the like about all sorts of art happenings and thinking it was such an art friendly city, love that. If I could convince my husband to move across the country, I’d be there tomorrow. 😛
