Nature up close | Macro photography

I was waiting for my daughter to get off the bus today, and thought it would be a great time to play around with my macro lens. I bought it a few months ago, but haven’t really been able to use it outside of newborn sessions. And while I love grabbing those sweet up close ears and tuffs of hair, I was excited to try the lens out in the snow. It was drizzling a little, and I was mesmerized by rain dripping of the trees. Some where very, very slow to fall and others were very quick.
I also found some interesting bubbles hidden in the tree at the top of the driveway. I’ve never seen bubbles on trees before, who knew? 🙂
